About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Atruvo website at atruvo.co.uk. Atruvo is a trading name of SBCloud Solutions Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 13772357), with registered office at 77 Ravensdale Gardens, London SE19 3QE. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you are engaging Atruvo for consultancy services, a separate statement of work or service agreement will govern that engagement.

Services

Atruvo provides platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and related consultancy services. All engagements are scoped individually with agreed deliverables, timelines, and fees. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services or a guarantee of specific outcomes.

Method of working

Atruvo is engaged as an independent contractor and supplier of professional services. SBCloud Solutions Ltd determines how its services are delivered, including the methodology, tools, technical approach, working hours, and location of work, subject only to reasonable site-access and confidentiality requirements of each client.

Atruvo provides its own equipment, software, and tooling, and operates from its own commercial business premises at Regus Interchange in Croydon (Office 141) and Regus Heathrow Bath Road in London. Atruvo is not an employee, worker, agent, or partner of any client. No relationship of employment is intended or created by any engagement with Atruvo.

Right of substitution

SBCloud Solutions Ltd reserves the right to provide a suitably qualified and experienced substitute to perform all or part of the services agreed under any engagement, at its own cost. The substitute will be supervised by Atruvo and will meet the technical and professional standards required for the engagement. The client is not entitled to reject a suitable substitute without reasonable cause.

Concurrent engagements

Atruvo operates as a business and routinely delivers services to multiple clients concurrently. No engagement creates exclusivity or a mutuality of obligation beyond the specific deliverables agreed in writing.

Insurance

SBCloud Solutions Ltd carries Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance of £5,000,000. Certificates are available on request from clients prior to engagement.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, code, and graphics, is owned by Atruvo unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

For consultancy engagements, intellectual property ownership is defined in the relevant service agreement. Typically, all deliverables created for the client are assigned to the client upon full payment.

Limitation of liability
